For most of his adult life, even when he worked at the mill, he worked on his own in the logging industry. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing horseshoes and cooking.
Bob is survived by his daughters Kelly (Michael) Tromp and Stacy Robinson, his son Lonnie (Michelle) Owen, his grandchildren, his brother Michael (Barbara) Owens. nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Barbara Rustad and his brother Jeffrey Owens.
Bob will be laid to rest in the Northland Memorial Park Cemetery. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. You may leave your private condolences for the Owens family at www.carlsonfh.com.
