Acts needed for telethon fundraiser
"Our telethon hosts a variety of acts both live and pre-recorded," Oneida County Fair Executive Director Thomas Barnett stated in a press release. "The money donated during this 12-hour long telethon will help fund the Oneida County Fair to put on a fun and exciting event."
Telethon organizers are looking for talent of any kind that would like to help provide entertaining acts for this year's telethon. Acts can pre-record their performance and send them in or they can schedule a time on April 1 to come into Tom's Drawing Board in Rhinelander and perform live.
The telethon will be broadcast live on all of the fair's social media pages, the release states.
"These fundraisers are extremely important to help the fair put on a great event," Barnett said.
