Nicolet College Law Enforcement Recruit Academy graduates start careers
The challenging 720-hour program included a mix of classroom and hands-on scenario training to give students the skills necessary to respond safely and effectively to a multitude of different situations, according to a Nicolet press release announcing the newest Academy graduates.
Many of the recent graduates are already employed by area departments and the other are expected to be soon, the release notes.
The college currently has an academy in progress and will be hosting two in 2024. The projected start dates are late January and mid-May. Anyone interested in attending can contact Recruit Academy Director Tim Gerdmann at (715) 365-4535 or by email at [email protected].
