She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Robert and Donald Skinner.
Jacqueline had a passion for music. She played the bass guitar in a band with her husband, Dan from 1975-1982. Many years later, they picked up their guitars again, and along with their son Tod and others, created their basement band, "Family Tradition". They opened the doors to their home every Saturday night for anyone who wanted to listen to a little country and 'ole time rock-n-roll.
Jacqueline's biggest joy was her family. She was always looking forward to the next "Skinner" gathering, or seeing her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, if only for a few minutes. Jacqueline was so proud of all of her "babies". She always acknowledged their accomplishments, regardless of size. Jacqueline loved all of her family selflessly and without judgement. She will greatly be missed by everyone she touched.
