The following cases were filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court July 4-10:

Chad C. Staehle, 36, Tomahawk, charged with possession with intent of Schedule IV drugs (PTAC, as a Party to a Crime), possession of drug paraphernalia, and bail jumping (felony), had an adjourned initial appearance on July 19 at 11:45 a.m. and a cash bond of $3,000.

Charles F. Rosien IV, 65, Watertown, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of THC, OWI (5th or 6th), and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, has a preliminary hearing on Aug. 7 at 11:30 a.m. and a cash bond of $5,000.

Megan K. Steele, 34, Three Lakes, charged with possession with intent of amphetamines/methamphetamines/etc (10-50g), possession of drug paraphernalia, bail jumping (felony), operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years), and possession with intent of Schedule IV drugs, had an adjourned initial appearance on July 13 at 3:45 p.m. and a cash bond of $3,000.

Dieter Wilke Johnson Soetebier, 41, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony), disorderly conduct, throwing/discharging bodily fluids at public safety workers/prosecutors, has an initial appearance on Aug. 1 at 11 a.m.

Theresa Lou Phillips, 30, Crandon, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of THC, and an OWI (3rd with a passenger <16 years old), has an adjourned initial appearance on July 31 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $1,000.

Mathew E. Smith, 26, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony), battery, and disorderly conduct, had an arrest warrant issued against them.

Edwin Troy Fuller, 21, Decker, Mich., charged with resisting/obstructing an officer and battery/threat to judge/prosecutor/law enforcement officer, had a motion hearing on July 13 at 2 p.m. and a cash bond of $1,000.

William J. Willig, 62, Monico, charged with disorderly conduct and battery, has an adjourned initial appearance on July 31 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $650.

Barry F. Fones, 51, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), license restriction violation (Class A, B, or C Vehicle), and operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years), has an adjourned initial appearance on July 25 at 1:30 p.m.

Jacob Kye Royston, 25, Poynette, charged with disorderly conduct and intentionally pointing a firearm at a person, had a voluntary appearance on July 12 at 1:15 p.m. 

Nicholas Allen Richey, 21, Arbor Vitae, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting/obstructing an officer, has an adjourned initial appearance on July 31 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $500.

Noel A. Petonquot, 18, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), battery, and disorderly conduct, has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 7 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Devin B. Peterson, 21, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), disorderly conduct, and operating a firearm while intoxicated, has an adjourned initial appearance on July 31 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Dominic Jon Kurtzweil, 23, Schofield, charged with possession of THC, has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 7 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $200.

Cohler Austin Kurtzweil, 21, Schofield, is charged with possession of THC, has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 7 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $200.

Martin Donald Jarozewski Jr., 53, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse, infliction of physical pain/injury), and battery (domestic abuse), had an adjourned initial appearance on July 19 at 11:30 a.m. and a cash bond of $500.

Kyle William Degree, 26, Green Bay, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct, has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 7 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $1,000.

Desiree L. Harms, 37, Tomahawk, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamines, operating without a valid license, and possession of a controlled substance, has a preliminary hearing on July 25 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Scottie Lee Wenzlick, 40, Merrill, charged with using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, has a preliminary hearing on July 25 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $2,000.

Brandi R. Welch, 37, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony and misdemeanor), possession of THC, and possession of methamphetamines, has an adjourned initial appearance on July 31 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $2,000.

Bobbilee F. Feck, 33, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony) and child abuse (intentionally causing harm), has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 14 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Anthony Phillip Leet, 56, Minocqua, charged with bail jumping (felony), had adjourned initial appearance on July 24 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $500.
