PHOTOS: WPGA Junior Tour

The Wisconsin PGA Junior Foundation’s Junior Tour made its northern swing earlier this week, holding an event at Timber Ridge Golf Club in Minocqua on Monday. A handful of Rhinelander golfers took part in the event.

Junior-to-be Brody Kowieski led the Rhinelander contingent, shooting 85 to tie for sixth in the 16-18 division and tied for eighth overall. Fellow junior-to-be Sam Schoppe shot 90 and tied for 16th overall. Incoming freshman Sam Shrock shot 92 and took 20th, Class of 2023 graduate Andrew Henrichs shot 94 and tied for 22nd and incoming freshman Hank Kowieski shot 106 and finished 34th. Additionally, incoming eighth grader Grant Gremban shot 110, taking fifth in the 12-13 division.
