The following cases were filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court between July 18-31:

Lawrence M. Schultz, 32, Rhinelander, charged with operating without a valid license (3rd+ within 3 years), has an initial appearance on Sept. 15 at 9 a.m.

Lisa R. Wolfe, 38, Lac du Flambeau, charged with failure to report to jail (felony), has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 21 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,000.

David J. Nieuwenhuis, 42, Wausau, charged with burglary (building or dwelling, repeater), criminal damage to property, and entry into/onto building/construction site/room, had an arrest warrant issued.

Sarah F. Geisler, 49, Minocqua, charged with possession of methamphetamines and bail jumping (felony), has an initial appearance on Sept. 1 at 1:30 p.m.

Kathleen M. Giron, 58, Minocqua, charged with bail jumping (felony) and operating a firearm while intoxicated, had an arrest warrant issued.

Elijah R. Hintz, 22, Rothschild, charged with bail jumping (felony), possession of THC, possession of methamphetamines, and bail jumping (felony), has an adjourned initial appearance scheduled for Sept. 5 at 11 a.m. and a cash bond of $2,000.

Nicholas T. Minassi, 37, San Diego, Calif., charged with unlawful phone use (threatens harm), had an arrest warrant issued against them.

Daniel N. Stevens, 55, Minocqua, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 14 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $250.

Mckenzie Marjory St. Clair, 27, Three Lakes, charged with disorderly conduct, has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 21 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Barry F. Fones, 51, Rhinelander, charged with possession of more than one driver’s license (2nd) and knowingly violating a domestic abuse order (temporary restraining order), has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 14 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $200.

Theodore S. Gans, 54, Rhinelander, charged with battery and  hit-and-run, has an adjourned initial appearance on Sept. 5 at 11 a.m. and a signature bond of $200.

Timothy J. Organ, 45, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years), has an adjourned initial appearance scheduled for Sept. 5 at 11 a.m. and a cash bond of $150.

Anthony L. Organ, 44, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), has an adjourned initial appearance scheduled for Sept. 5 at 11:00 a.m. and a cash bond of $150.

Brock A. Boquist, 33, Merrill, charged with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia, has a pre-trial conference scheduled for Sept. 5 at 11 a.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Jennifer J. Richey, 48, Tomahawk, charged with ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violating court order and OWI (3rd), has an adjourned initial appearance scheduled for Aug. 21 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Nathan W. Brazil, 37, Lake Tomahawk, charged with ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violating court order, has an initial appearance scheduled for  Sept. 18 at 1:30 p.m.

Andrew N. Bozicevich, 54, Rhinelander, charged with ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violating court order, has a status conference scheduled for Sept. 5 at 11 a.m. and a signature bond of $100.

Nazar Brian Lenz, 21, Minocqua, charged with credit card crimes (<$2,500), has intake on Aug. 14 at 9:30 a.m.

Thomas Anthony Mulligan, 44, New Windsor, N.Y., charged with theft (<$500), has intake on Aug. 14 at 9:30 a.m.

Matthew Richard Rifenburgh, 52, Rhinelander, charged with theft, has intake on Aug. 14 at 9:30 a.m.

James Keontise McBride, 29, Waukegan, Ill., charged with possession of THC, has intake on Aug. 21 at 1:30 p.m.

Ashley M. Kreyer, 34, Cadott, charged with possession of THC, has intake on Aug. 21 at 9:30 a.m.

Chad William Meurer, 48, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (county/municipality), has intake on Aug. 21 at 9:30 a.m.

Sierra Skye Thoms, 26, Lac du Flambeau, charged with shoplifting/retail theft, has intake on Aug. 14 at 9:30 a.m.

Kyle Jon Bushong, 34, Rhinelander, charged with illegal dumping of solid waste (>10 gal.), has intake on Aug. 21 at 9:30 a.m.

John Patrick Bauknecht, 34, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct, has intake on Sept. 11 at 9:30 a.m.

Jack D. Chione, 20, Denver, Colo., charged with underage drinking (possession,-17-20 years of age, 1st), has intake on Sept. 11 at 9:30 a.m.
