Free ice cream and sweet corn at Calvary Aug. 12

Calvary Baptist Church (320 Lincoln St. in Rhinelander) will host its 15th annual Neighborhood Yard Sale on Saturday, Aug. 12 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

From 10:30 a.m.to 1 p.m., free ice cream and sweet corn will be available (until it is gone). 

Members of the public can also participate in the yard sale.

Anyone who would like to be a vendor to sell their items can reserve their space for $10, which is fully refundable after things are cleaned up, according to a Calvary press release.

Calvary will also have its own tables of vintage items, the release states.

This year, all proceeds from the sale of items on Calvary’s tables will be given to the Operation Christmas Child program that provides humanitarian aid to children.
