Hope was born in Sheboygan on Jan. 3, 1972, to Melvin D. and Faith (Kostuch) Boge. She was raised in Sheboygan until the age of four when the family moved to Bevent. Hope was a 1990 graduate of Rosholt High School. She was united in marriage to Joseph Wierzba at St. Ladislaus Catholic Church in Hatley on August 25, 1990. Joseph and Hope were married for 23 years and continued farming on the Wierzba family farm in the town of Bevent. When Joseph passed away Hope continued farming with a friend, Ray Jagler, for an additional seven years. In 1994 Hope graduated from Mid-State Technical College where she had earned a degree as a Certified Nursing Assistant. From 2004 until 2007 Hope had owned a coffee shop in Weston called the Three Willows and had been employed as a CNA in the Wausau area for many years. Hope and Ray have lived in Harshaw for a little over two years.
She was a member of the Passage Snowmobile Club.
Hope enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, ATV and UTV riding, camping, loved animals and helping others.
Hope, for many years took care of her mother-in-law, Dorothy Wierzba.
Surviving is her daughter, Samantha (Jeremy) Zelinski of Iron River, Mich., two granddaughters, Sophia and Natalie Zelinski, her father, Melvin Boge of Wausau, siblings, Matthew Boge (Jennifer Riedner) of Franzen, Wis., Lucas (Amanda) Boge of Wittenberg, and her significant other, Ray Jagler of Harshaw. Also surviving are nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Hope is preceded in death by her mom, Faith, on July 12, 2020, husband, Joseph on Jan. 20, 2014, and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Dorothy Wierzba on Oct. 18, 2021, and Raymond Wierzba on Aug. 5, 1998.
