It's not every day that a dinosaur can be seen escorting a minion across a Rhinelander city street. That unusual occurrence took place on Saturday evening, Oct. 29, 2022, during the annual downtown Rhinelander trick-or-treat event. The downtown business district was packed with costumed youngsters, and their parents, in search of treats.
