Eagleson won the RASF's half-court shot contest and Feb. 14 and took home a $562 jackpot.
According to a RASFâpress release, this year, the organization was able to fundraise $3,521 for scholarships between half-court shot and 50-50 tickets. This includes a $1,000 donation from Associated Bank to support the half-court shot contest.
RASF's mission is to raise money for and contribute scholarships to Rhinelander students, many of whom may not receive scholarship support from other sources. Since 1991, the Rhinelander Area Scholarship Foundation has awarded $387,350 to 490 students.
