StrongBodies community wellness program offered through March
• From 10-11 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, through March 30, at Demmer Memorial Library, Three Lakes.
• From 9-10 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, through March 31, at the Aging and Disability Resource Center, Rhinelander.
"All abilities are welcome and weights are provided," organizers said in a press release. "Participants can attend a StrongBodies program at any time, but first-time participants are asked to register at http://oneida.extension.wisc.edu or by calling 715-365-2750."
StrongBodies offers low impact exercises for adults to help increase muscle mass and strength, improve balance, reduce the risk for osteoporosis and related fractures, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, depression, and obesity, and improve one's self-confidence, sleep, and vitality, the release states.
