The PAC at Crescent Elementary School recently purchased matching shirts for all staff members to celebrate community and teamwork. The shirts say "Crescent CARES" as an acronym with C for Cooperation, A for Assertion, R for Responsibility, E for Empathy and S for Self-Control. These key social skills are taught in each grade level to help students to succeed, according to a school district press release.
