Debra moved to Rhinelander in the late 1980s and has lived here since. She was employed by the Friendly Village Nursing Home and then for the Lake of the Torches Hotel for a number of years. When she was young Debra loved horseback riding. As an adult she enjoyed playing in the pool and dart leagues. She really loved to go camping and ATVing and her entire life she loved and cared for animals.
Debra is survived by her husband Patrick Smith, her children Novalee Jaeger and Larry Webie, her three grand and two great-grandchildren, her sisters Susan (Dennis) Wolf and Kimberly (James) Kaufman, her brother Randy Webie, stepbrother William Webie, nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Carla Bosinske and her brother Charles "Skip" Webie.
Visitation for Debra will be held from 9 to 11 a.m., with memorial services following at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 4, 2022, all at the Carlson Funeral Home. You may leave your private condolences for the Minder family at www.carlsonfh.com.
