The Hodags defeated Tomahawk 61-9 and Crandon 44-25. Overall, the team finished 13-1 in five GNBL tournaments on the year.

Rhinelander's eighth-grade green team went 1-1 at the tournament, defeating Tomahawk and falling to Crandon. The Hodag seventh-grade girls went 2-1, with a tight, two-point loss to tournament winner Three Lakes/Phelps.
