A community-wide celebration was held at the Hodag Dome on Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 7, 2022, in honor of Rhinelander's own Hodag being named the Best High School Mascot in the Nation. The School District of Rhinelander and the Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce hosted the event which included a pep band performance, games, music, prizes and more. The inflatables, pictured here, were especially popular with kids.
