Jeff grew up in Rhinelander and attended Rhinelander schools. He lived in Three Lakes for awhile and worked in the cranberry fields. He then moved to the Wautoma area where he worked in various jobs. He married Tammie and they had two children. After a divorce, he later married Sharon and moved to Rome, Wis. He worked at Ocean Spray Cranberry in Wisconsin Rapids as a forklift driver for awhile. After a second divorce, he moved to Wisconsin Rapids where he worked for RCD enterprises as a forklift driver until his death.
Jeff is survived by his mother, Jeannine Schmidt, of Rhinelander, his brother Steven Roehling, Rhinelander; his two children, Michael Roehling and Misty Young, both of Berlin, and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Roehling, Rhinelander. As to Jeff's wishes, there will be no funeral.
