Trig's supports local band students' march to Pasadena
"This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for these kids; something they'll never forget. It's a pretty big deal to see students from our northern Wisconsin schools perform on such a grand stage, so we are going to do everything we can to support them in their journey," said Bob Jaskolski, President & CEO of T.A. Solberg Co., Inc.
The donation comes as a kick off to a bigger "March to Pasadena" fundraiser created by Trig's, to rally support for the local band students. If you wish to help the bands raise funds for the trip, you can donate by purchasing a pin-up at Trig's in Minocqua, Eagle River or Rhinelander, or Trig's Village Market in Manitowish Waters. Those who prefer to make an online donation from home can do so by visiting Trigs.com/MarchToPasadena and clicking the "donate now" button to make a secure one-time donation with a credit card or PayPal account.
"We are hoping that other local businesses will help us drive this fundraiser by selling pin-ups at their registers as well. If we all work together, our combined efforts will go a long way toward helping the kids reach their goal," said Jaskolski.
Trig's will provide March to Pasadena artwork for posters, pin-ups and pin-pads to any local business that requests them. In addition, Trig's Postal Express in Rhinelander will provide printed pin-ups and posters to participating businesses free of charge. Requests for the free printed materials can be submitted at Trigs.com/MarchToPasadena.
"This organization has been serving the Northwoods for 50 years and we are excited to be able to help our students with this. Everything we work for each day goes back to improving our guest experience and supporting our associates or our community. We love it local, and we're glad to be able to help," said Jaskolski.
