Lorry Ann Kuczmarski, age 75, of Rhinelander, died on Aug. 14, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 16, 1947, in Rhinelander, the daughter of Richard and Marian (Dekker) Timm. She attended schools in Rhinelander, graduating from Rhinelander High School in 1966. On Oct. 5, 1968 she married Jerome "Jerry" Kuczmarski and God blessed them with over 53 years of marriage and their four children. Before they started raising the kids Lorry was employed as a CNA at the St. Mary's Hospital in Rhinelander.

The two most important things in Lorry's life were her family and her faith in her Lord and Savior. She took great joy in taking care of her family and she served her Lord and Savior as a lifelong member of the St. Joseph's/Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church. She served the church in many capacities throughout the years on various boards and volunteering on many projects for the church and school.

Outside of her family and church, Lorry had an artistic side as she was a talented quilter, sewer and was proficient in stained glass. She had worked with these talents as designer for a number of years with Rhinelander Decorating. Those who knew Lorry well knew the health struggles she faced for years. She fought those struggles with the help of her Lord and a passion of hers that was homeopathic medicine.

Lorry is survived by her husband Jerome "Jerry" Kuczmarski, her daughters Elizabeth (Ryan) Mantey, Tracy (Randy) Stafford, Jill (Jeff) Kuczmarski Paddock and her daughter-in-law Susie Kuczmarski, her grandchildren Claire Mantey, Grace Mantey, Katie Kuczmarski, Ellana Stafford, Megan Stafford, Jack Mantey and Juniper Paddock, her great-grandchildren Elliana Mantey and Carter Arthur, her sisters Mary (Jeff) Albrecht and Julie (Robert) Jorata, sister-in-law April Miller, her brothers David (Ann) Timm and Robert (Beth) Timm, nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her son Matthew, her parents and her brother Richard Timm .

Visitation for Lorry will be held on Monday, Aug. 22, 2022 from 9 to 11 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial following at 11 a.m. at the Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church. Father Chris Kemp will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Northland Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in Lorry's name and any gifts may be directed to her family. Lorry's family would also like to thank Compassus Hospice for the wonderful care given to Lorry. You may also leave your private condolences for the Kuczmarski family at www.carlsonfh.com.
