The Rhinelander High School ProStart class attended the ProStart Expo at Lambeau field on Tuesday, April 12. They participated in food demos, a tour of Lambeau Field and its kitchens, and a round robin career expo with various Wisconsin hospitality companies such as Kohler Lodge, Culver's, Cousins Subs, and Delaware North. ProStart is a nationally recognized advanced culinary program associated with the National Restaurant Association that helps students prepare for jobs in hospitality.
