He graduated Eagle River High School in 1973. Following graduation, he served his country in the United States Navy aboard the U.S.S. Plymouth Rock as a boiler technician from 1973-1978.
He was employed at Pitlik & Wick/Northern Lakes Concrete for 19 years. He considered the people he worked with his second family and was grateful for their friendship, thoughts and prayers.
Glen enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, camping, fishing and especially loved bird hunting with his good friends "The Five Head Hunting Team" and having his dog by his side.
Glen leaves behind his wife: Lisa; daughters: Becky (Darby) Myers of Maricopa, Ariz., Jessica (James) Gerdes of Rhinelander; stepchildren: Jenna Reil of Wausau and Rob (Kirsten) Reil of Hudson; grandchildren: Grayson, Madilynn, Parker, Finley, Hailey, Madelyn, Allison and Calvin. He is also survived by his mother: Diane Faust; siblings: Dawn (Rodger) Haugen, Kim (Mike) Jovanovic, Alison Setzer, Kyle Faust, Kurt (KeriAnne) Faust; as well as many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the wonderful nurses and aides at Compassus Hospice for all their care.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021 at the Gaffney-Busha Funeral Home in Eagle River. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. A luncheon will follow at the Washington Town Hall.
