Thomas J. Blaszke is also charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct for allegedly entering the woman's home without permission and moving furniture, blankets and sheets in an attempt to locate an individual he believed was inside the residence.
The complaint, filed Nov. 18, also states Blaszke took a cellphone video while in the woman's home which showed the woman lying on a bed in the fetal position "actively tremoring and crying" while asking why he was in her residence.
When confronted by police, Blaszke claimed to have received text messages from the woman giving him permission to come over, but police could locate no such messages, the complaint states.
Later, he told police that he "accidentally dropped a cellphone belonging to him inside (the woman's) vehicle and had an application on his other cellphone that allowed him to turn on the microphone of the cellphone inside the vehicle, allowing him to listen to any conversations occurring near that cellphone."
It was after listening to her activites via the cellphone that he drove to her residence and began looking around, the complaint states.
Blaszke made his initial appearance in Oneida County Circuit Court on Thursday at which time a $2,000 cash bond was set.
An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Nov. 29.
Stalking is a Class I felony carrying a maximum sentence of 3 1/2 years in prison. The other three charges are misdemeanors.
