Marge would like to be remembered as a kind and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother which she became at the age of 92 to Levi Urquhart (Russell Urquhart). Marge was an avid reader, talented seamstress and a wonderful artist. She enjoyed baking and sharing her sweet tooth with her family and friends, especially at family gatherings at her lake home. She knit beautiful sweaters and hats for all the family and loved gifting them to others.
We will all miss her sweet smile and quick wit. The last few years Marge struggled with dementia, but was able to remain happy and exchange smiles with everyone she encountered. The family was fortunate to spend the last few days of her life at her bedside, they reminisced of their fond memories with her. A special thank you goes out to the staff at Cumberland Heights who became her second family for the last five years. She truly loved each and every one of you and the family is thankful for your care. To the staff at hospice, thank you for making sure her daily needs were met with kindness and compassion, keeping her comfortable as she passed on from her life here on earth.
Marge is survived by her daughters Laurie Wrenn, Peg (Todd) Swanson, sons Bruce (Lou) Grill, Bill Grill, David (Suzie) Grill, Gary (Kathy) Grill, grandchildren Scot, Kevin, Erin, Amelia (Treden), Alder (David), Carly, Ben, Jesse (Ashleigh), Sara (Bob), Monica (Nick), Kaylee (Shane), Whitney( Brett), Charlie, Tessa, great-grandchildren Russell, Sam, Everett, Hudson, Lola, Wyatt, Jace, Jarren, Josie, Hallie, Briar, Willow, great-great-grandchild Levi, other family and many friends. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Russell Grill, son Jeff, daughter-in-law Kate, granddaughter Jaime, siblings Larry, Roger, Gail, and Norman.
A celebration of life will be held at the Grill family cottage at N10775 State Hwy 17 S - Gleason, WI 54435 on Sunday, July 18 2021, at 4 p.m. You may leave your private condolences for the Grill family at www.carlsonfh.com. The Carlson Funeral Home(715-369-1414) is handling the arrangements for the family.
