Jacob was born in Rhinelander on June 7, 1988 to Thomas J. and Karen M. (Anderson) Larson. He was raised in Rhinelander and attended Rhinelander public schools. Jacob was employed for a time with Trusted Homes and Construction.
He enjoyed many outdoor activities including disc golf, basketball, skateboarding, biking, hacky sack, swimming and fishing with his nieces and nephews and was known for being very athletic. He also enjoyed listening to country music with "Sitting in a Bar" by Rehab being his favorite. He will be remembered for his love of friends and family, but most of all Jacob loved his son, Elias.
Surviving is his son Elias, father Thomas Larson, mother Karen Larson, sisters Tina (Charlie) Bradow, Kathy (Kinley) Patterson, Paula (Tucker) DeLap and Jennie (Jeremy) Hardin, two half-siblings, Justin Larson and Alex Schramke and best friend Travis (Linda) Sturzl, all of Rhinelander. Jacob is further survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Raymond and Esther Paszak, paternal grandparents Ward and Ruth Larson and by two uncles, Bill Larson and Larry Larson.
A Celebration of Jacob's Life will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021 beginning at 11 a.m. at Hodag Park in the Pavilion near the water ski show.
