Hannah grew up in Rhinelander and graduated from Rhinelander High School in 2013. She went on to graduate from Nicolet College with a degree in Business Management and recently got her certification as a dental assistant from The National Dental Academy of Wisconsin.
In her younger years, Hannah spent many hours with her family and friends. Growing up on a lake, she was able to spend her time with family and friends swimming, tubing, and water skiing. She also enjoyed snowmobiling and ATVing with her loved ones. Hannah was blessed to have grandparents who lived close. They spent countless hours with her having wonderful adventures both near and far. Hannah and her mom shared a special bond that included endless phone calls, texting, and shopping.
At an early age, she began taking ice skating lessons and that became a passion of hers. She spent many years training for competitions and shows and met many lifelong friends. While in high school, she began giving skating lessons and that is where her passion for the sport really shined. Hannah did lessons for many years through high school and college years. She had a personality that meshed so well with children - part of that personality is what got her voted the funniest person in her senior class. She loved working with the kids and built relationships with them as well as their parents that have lasted years.
Hannah began working at Walmart at 16 years old and worked for them for over 8 years through high school, college, and beyond. She was a dedicated worker who rose up through management and worked at several stores in Wisconsin and Minnesota. After recently moving back to Rhinelander, she attended school and became certified to be a dental assistant. She was looking forward to starting a new career and had hopes of getting into management in the dental field.
In 2019, Hannah welcomed her daughter, Nova, into her life. Nova is a blessing to both Hannah and her family. Hannah was a dedicated mother who was working on changing her life and career to be able to spend more time with Nova. It was always uplifting to see Hannah and Nova interact as Nova's personality developed and became more like Hannah's. Watching them laugh at each other is a memory that will always stick with Hannah's parents. The world is lucky to have a part of Hannah carry on in Nova for years to come.
Hannah was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Ozzie and Shirley Miller, maternal grandfather George Rondeau, and her cousin Lieutenant Brett Miller.
She is survived by her parents Craig and Darcey Miller, grandmother Sherry Rondeau, and daughter Nova, along with several aunts, uncles, and many special cousins and friends.
The visitation for Hannah will take place on Monday, July 12, 2021 at the Hildebrand Funeral Home in Rhinelander beginning at 4 p.m. and continuing until 7 p.m. Please join us, and enjoy refreshments in the Hildebrand Banquet Room as well as free ice cream treats from the A'la Mode Ice Cream Truck which will be located in front of the funeral home on Pelham Street, because Hannah would have loved that!
A second visitation will take place on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Hildebrand funeral home in Rhinelander beginning at 11 a.m. and continuing until the 1 p.m. funeral service.
Pastor Dustin Black will be officiating.
Immediately following the service, there will be a procession to Northland Memorial Park for the committal service.
To assist with working through grief, Craig and Darcey encourage family and friends to write a letter to Hannah. There will be a special box at the visitations to place your letters in. These letters will be placed in the casket with Hannah.
