Chamber launches second year of 'Buy Local' campaign
Chamber launches second year of 'Buy Local' campaign
The five-week campaign kicked off July 5, according to a Chamber press release.
"We know that locally owned businesses build strong communities." said Lauren Sackett, RACC executive Director. "Support your friends and neighbors by investing in our community - utilize our digital toolkit and take the Buy Local Pledge."
Over the next five weeks, RACC will share themed articles and host special activities in conjunction with the July Rhinelander Chamber month and encourage local businesses, residents and visitors to utilize the social media toolkit, which includes graphics, logos, key messaging and more.
"Our campaign taglines include Think Local First and Our Community, Our Future." said Sackett. "Locally owned businesses build strong communities. Supporting your friends and neighbors by investing in our community helps our area to revive from current events and continue to prosper in the future."

RACC is also celebrating Rhinelander Chamber Month throughout July.
"The Rhinelander Chamber plays a vital role in making sure Rhinelander is a vibrant place to do business." Sackett said. "RACC is an advocate for our entire community with an emphasis on our members, and Rhinelander Chamber Month gives us the opportunity to share our value with the community."
To celebrate Rhinelander Chamber Month, RACC will be hosting various special programs and member events. Many activities will be held in conjunction with the "Buy Local" campaign.

RACC will be hosting a membership campaign throughout the month. Businesses that join the chamber in the month of July will be entered into a drawing for a prize package.
