Susan was born in Milwaukee on May 23, 1961 to Louis and Joanne (Gronik) Urette. She was raised in Bayside and was a 1979 graduate of Nicolet High School in Glendale. Susan moved to the Northwoods in the early '90s, living in Lake Tomahawk. She later attended Nicolet Technical College earning a degree as a Certified Medical Assistant. Upon graduating, she was employed at Marshfield Clinic in Minocqua. After relocating to Rhinelander, she started working for Allied 100 in Arbor Vitae as senior account manager/supervisor.
Susan enjoyed flower gardening, car shows, vacations to the ocean, motor sports, and spending time with her four-legged furbabies, Jax and Bailey.
She will be dearly missed by her loving husband Troy, mother-in-law and stepfather-in-law, Sandy (Don) Christen, father-in-law and stepmother-in-law Gary (Kathy) Coates, all of Freeport, Illinois; sister-in-law Wendy (Chris) Gerke, sister Debbie (Peter) Dubester of Oshkosh, special friends Rory (Sheryl) Miller of Cleburne, Texas. Also surviving are numerous friends in Wisconsin and across the country.
She was preceded in death by her parents Louis and Joanne Urette.
A Celebration of Susan's Life will take place at a later date.
