StephenAndrew Kydan Moren, 16, of Rhinelander, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Dec. 3, 2021 at his home.

StephenAndrew was born in Wausau on Oct. 12, 2005 to Kyra Stewart and Daniel P. Moren. He was raised in Rhinelander and was a sophomore at Rhinelander High School. Stephen was employed at the Pioneer Park Historical Complex since 2019.

He was a member of the Rhinelander First United Methodist Church and participated in the church's youth group. Stephen had been a member of the Cubs Scouts.

He was a skateboarding enthusiast. He along with a group of friends have been working on the development of a skateboard park in Rhinelander called "OverIt" with the group name of Northwoods Adventure Sports Collective (NASC).

Stephen enjoyed skateboarding with friends, raising rabbits, spending time with his girlfriend Grace and brother Wayne, bonfires, riding his quad, spending time on the farm, listening to music, being silly.

He will be dearly missed by his mother, Kyra Stewart (Joe Yearber) of Rhinelander, father, Daniel P. Moren of Rhinelander, brothers Wayne Stewart-Fuller of Wausau, Tyler Rominski of Merrill, Quinton Mills of Lansing, Ill.; maternal grandma Jelaine Barquist of Willard, paternal grandma Marilyn Moren of Rhinelander and girlfriend Grace Thunder of Elcho. Also surviving are special friends Jaden, Michael, Gavin, Anthony and Ty and many other friends. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

Stephen is preceded in death by his paternal grandpa Conard Moren, maternal great-grandparents, Gerald and Della Nazer and paternal great-grandma Margaret Jersey.

The visitation for Stephen will take place on Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021 at Rhinelander First United Methodist Church, 724 Arbutus Street Rhinelander from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service. Rev. Mark Klaisner will be officiating.

For the safety of the family and all attending, masks will be required and upon arrival hands will be sanitized.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested in memory of Stephen. An account has been established at RIPCO Credit Union. The account is called the Kyra Stewart "OverIt" Project account. All funds from this account will be used for the Rhinelander Skateboard Park.
