Chamber announces Halloween decorating contest winners
Tammie and Brad Kubiak of 955 N. Stevens St. won the grand prize of $100 in Chamber Bucks while Charlene Slack of 1313 Dorothy Street was the winner of the mayor's choice award and $50 in Chamber Bucks.
The contest was a joint project of the chamber and the City of Rhinelander and the prizes were sponsored by Ripco Credit Union.
"We want to bring something fun to the community this year, in light of the pandemic. This event will give our residents and their kids a different way to celebrate Halloween." chamber director Lauren Sackett said in a press release announcing the contest.
