He is survived by his children Kevin (Sarah) Novak of West Bend, Quinn (Tim) Martell of Sobieski; grandchildren, Jessica (Bryan) Hartjes of DeForest, Jeremy (Brittany) Martell of Eagle, Brooke (Dustin) Robinson of Knoxville, Tenn., Joshua (Janelle) Martell of Suamico, Ryan (Olivia) Wilkinson of Seymour, Abigail (Matt) Schaenzer of Grafton, and Danielle (Scott) Gillaume of Green Bay; 11 great-grandchildren (with a set of twins on the way!); brothers, Chuck (Shirley) Novak, David (Kathy) Novak, Roger (Suzette) Novak, and Harold Novak; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Doug was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Kathy, daughter Corinna Wilkinson, son Tommy Novak, sister Janet (Charlie) Motowski.
