David "Dave" M. Czlapinski
Dave was a graduate of Lincoln High School and Mid-State Technical College in Wisconsin Rapids. He worked 25+ years for F.W. Woolworth where he was known as "Mr. C".
He also worked at various retail stores while living in Wisconsin and Ohio.
Dave enjoyed supporting and watching all the Wisconsin sports teams.
He enjoyed playing pool, tennis, basketball, and baseball. He enjoyed playing Phase 10, Crazy 8's, and dice with family or friends.
Dave is survived by his brothers: Lawrence (Kathryn), Gary (Jane), and Phil; sisters: Linda and Judy, children; Karen (Troy Thomas), Brian (Heidi), Amy (Jon) Skubal, Michael (Jennifer), and Michelle and grandchildren Madison, Sydney, Marshall, Audrina, Ryan, and Ethan.
Dave was preceeded in death by his wife, Antonette "Ann" Czlapinski, mother Theresa Czlapinski and father Albin Czlapinski.
Thank you to all the staff of Rennes Health & Rehabilitation Center of Rhinelander for taking care of Dave and making him feel at home during the final years of his life. He will be missed!
