Nick was born in Rhinelander on Wednesday, April 13, 1949, the son of Nicholas S. and Virginia (Gauthier) Biesik.
He was united in marriage to Patricia B. Lesak at St. Joseph Catholic Church on June 16, 1979.
Nick was employed for 17 years as the manager at U.W. Madison Lelah Starks Potato Farm.
Nick enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren.
He will be dearly missed by his wife, Patricia; three children, Kimberly (Danny) Campbell of Rhinelander, Nicholas Steven Biesik of Minnesota, Matthew (Heather) Biesik of Appleton; and by five grandchildren: Justin, Logan, Derrick, Madelyn and Bianca. Also surviving is a sister, Rosalie Skinner of Rhinelander; and a sister-in-law Pat Biesik of Rhinelander. He is further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and two brothers.
At the request of Nicholas, cremation has taken place. Private services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hildebrand Funeral Home and Cremation Specialists, 24 E. Davenport Street, Rhinelander, Wisconsin 54501, 715-365-4343.
