Maureen was born Oct. 12, 1967, in West Islip, N.Y., to Joan (Coe) Fenner and Donald Fenner.
She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Randy Faller and daughters, Lauren (22) and Leanna (19) of Lake Tomahawk.
Maureen graduated with a degree in Bachelors of Arts and Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, 1989, where she met her husband. She also studied in the Masters of Arts and Science program at Bloomsburg University.
Maureen began her career as a graphic design artist at Sprint Print in Chinchilla, Pa. After moving to Wisconsin she continued as a graphic designer, working part-time, while devoting her life to raising and nurturing her children. Once her children were in school, Maureen began her second career as co-owner of Kettle View Renewable Energy, where she was a grant writer, Certified Wind Site Assessor and site safety officer. She enjoyed being outdoors and on-site with the crew and could often be seen in her famous pink hard hat. She served on the Board of Directors at Renew Wisconsin as an advocate for renewable energy policy. She also worked later in her career as an account manager for Schu industries in Random Lake.
Maureen was known for being creative and compassionate. She enjoyed helping her children in their creativity at school during their younger years and now. She enjoyed crafting and most recently artistic wood burning projects, playing games with her family, taking walks with the dog and canoeing on area lakes with friends and family. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother.
She is also survived by her mother Joan Fenner of Edenton, N.C., sister Kathy (Joe) Heil of King George,Va., brother John (Claire) Fenner and nephew Colin Fenner of Brevard, N.C., mother-in-law Cynthia Faller, Plymouth, Wis. and many other extended family members and friends. She will be greatly missed and remembered by all of the family and friends that she touched throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Fenner, father-in-law, James Faller, and other loved ones who have gone on before her.
Because of the current situation, services are on hold at this time. When able, a visitation and memorial service will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Rhinelander.
