John enjoyed bowling, golfing, and playing horseshoes with his many friends in Minocqua. Arizona became his go-to place during the winter to extend the golf season where he also started playing lawn bowling.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce, his mother Clare Jeschke of Arizona, son Dan (Renea) Jeschke of Woodruff and daughter Diane (Ray) Christenson of Woodruff, grandchildren Ethan, Dylan, and Kendra Jeschke and Lillyahna and Clara Christenson, his sisters Judi (Steve) Hunter of Minocqua and Kathy (Chris) Pietsch of Kronenwetter, and brother Jim (JoJean) Jeschke of Woodruff.
John was preceded in death by his father Russell Jeschke.
Funeral services for John will be held on Friday, July 3, 2020 with visitation at 10 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. at Nimsgern Funeral Home Chapel, 1025 Margaret Street, Woodruff.
A Celebration of John's Life will be held at a later date.
