Ripco Credit Union is again undertaking a Food Drive Challenge to help ensure that the Rhinelander Area Food Pantry will continue to be well-stocked with healthy food and positioned to help community members who depend on the food pantry's help in providing nutritious meals for their families.

"As we did in 2019, Ripco Credit Union will have drop-off bins at our Rhinelander branch, and will match donations collected here - $1.00/pound of food collected - up to 500 pounds" Ripco's vice president of marketing and business development Diane Sowinski announced in a press release.

Guy Hansen, RAFP executive director, thanked the credit union for again hosting the food drive.

"This is but another example of what a wonderfully generous community we live in," he said.

This year's challenge will run through Jan. 31, the release states.
