Rosie was born on April 25, 1963, in Rhinelander, to Everist and Mary Jane Gresser. Rosie attended Rhinelander Schools and Headwaters. A special thank you to the teachers that saw the special gifts she possessed and took extra time with her.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Jane Gresser, sister, Lisa (John) Kasmarek, brother, Kurt (Pam) Gresser, niece Nicole (Chris) Winkler, nephew Neal Kasmarek, special friend Jane Hegewald and many aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her father Everist Gresser, her grandparents Everist and Lorraine Gresser and Sylvester "Whitey" and Mary Radtke.
Rosie will be remembered for her love of collecting phone books, pens, pencils, and Disney movies.
She loved watching all football and baseball games, "The Dukes of Hazzard," dancing to Lawrence Welk, playing cards and going to the casino. She especially loved when her Mom called her a genius. She had an astounding memory for sports statistics, phone book listings, Bible verses, and an innate talent for counting cards. Every day was, "The best day of my life!" according to Rosie.
A private family service will be held on Friday, Aug. 7, 2020.
