Jeffrey O. Barrett
He was born January 20, 1951 in Merril, a son of Gerald and Leona (Schnarsky) Barrett. He was a 1969 graduate of Rhinelander High School.
Jeff served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.
He was employed as a machine operator for the railroad for many years and retired in 2011.
Jeff was a member of the local pool leagues and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Chris (Maki) Barrett, whom he married in Marquette in 1994; mother, Leona Barrett of Merrill; siblings, Greg (Lisa) Barrett of Merrill, Connie (Tom) Miazga of Oconomowoc, and Geralyn Barrett of Rhinelander; and nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Ellery.
There will be no services. Burial will take place in the Ishpeming Cemetery.
