Crescent school students make cards and letters for veterans
Mrs. May's fifth-grade class at Crescent Elementary School recently made cards and letters for local veterans, family and staff members in honor of the veterans that have served, or those who continue to serve, our country. In EL Education Module 1, students learned about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. They wanted to take the time to send out positive well wishes on Veterans Day to those who have protected these rights for all of us.
