Trig's raises money for Make-A-Wish
The annual fundraiser took place in October at all Trig's locations which included Wausau, Weston, Stevens Point, Tomahawk, Rhinelander, Minocqua and Eagle River. All stores featured a 100-foot-long strawberry shortcake and guests purchased pieces of the cake for 50 cents an inch. One hundred percent of the proceeds went to Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, according to a Trig's press release.
"We want to thank everyone who participated in this fundraiser. It's just one way we can help grant wishes for local children," said Trig's President and CEO Bob Jaskolski.
