Richard was born in Milwaukee, on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 1939, the son of Andrew and Lucille (Eder) Schroeter.
He attended Headwaters Achievement Center.
Richard enjoyed watching the Packers, shopping, especially to Hobby Lobby where his favorite purchases were model cars.
His life will be celebrated on Monday, Nov. 11, 2019 at the Hildebrand Funeral Home with a visitation from 9:30 a.m. until the 10 a.m. funeral service. Chaplain John Uhlarik will be officiating. Immediately following the funeral service, there will be a procession to Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Cemetery.
