Central fifth graders discuss human rights with Zambian guests
Henry and Catherine Mukonda from Zambia spoke to the students about human rights, which was the focus of the class's first English/Language Arts module.
"Henry and Catherine Mukonda from Zambia were in Rhinelander visiting and stopped by to answer questions and share their personal experiences," according to a school district press release. "Students learned about their country, spoken languages, money, and many other interesting and important facts. The class asked many thoughtful questions and left with a better understanding of our world."
