Rhinelander High School student Jackson Klitzka won a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer, donated by Rhinelander GM and refurbished by RHS students, Wednesday during the 7th annual PBIS Car Giveaway. Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, or PBIS, is a program that focuses on collecting and analyzing data on student behaviors in order to encourage a school environment of respect and rapport, and to reinforce the positive behaviors demonstrated by students.
