Scott Kirby concert to benefit Camp Birchrock campership program
"There will be delicious food, drinks, a 50/50 cash raffle and raffle baskets," organizers said in a press release. "All funds raised will be used to support our campership program, scholarship money set aside for families who wish to send their child to camp but don't have the financial means available to do so. Last year, Camp Birchrock was proud to give out $14,595 in campership to 38 local families!"
Camp Fire has been serving Rhinelander area youth since 1914 and even after 100 years continues to seek out and implement programming that benefits and responds to the changing needs of local children, the release states.
