The Hodag varsity squad went 2-1 on the day, narrowing missing the championship bracket on a tiebreaker based on total points scored. The varsity team defeated Marathon 36-25 and Eau Claire Memorial 31-18 in pool play before falling to Appleton Xavier 61-31.
The Hodags went 1-2 in the junior varsity division with a win over Wausau East and losses to D.C. Everest and Eau Claire Memorial.
