Crescent Elementary School students learn about citizenship
"Teachers read books, had discussions, and modeled for students what citizenship means and looks like. The trait was practiced and praised throughout the month," the release states. "Several students were able to define and show how to be good citizens within the school. At the end of month, each teacher selected one student per classroom that best represented citizenship."
