Park City announces Saver's Sweepstakes® winners from the Northwoods
Jeremy Hedstrom of Minocqua, and a member in Rhinelander who declined to release their name, each won $100 through the contest, the credit union announced in a press release.
"Participants open special deposit accounts that pay them dividends while automatically entering them into monthly, quarterly and annual cash prize drawings," the release states. "Savers keep all the money they save, plus interest, while earning free chances to win."
"This is an exciting new product we're offering at Park City," said CEO Val Mindak. "Our mission is to return value to our member-owners, and this is a great example of it."
The two Park City members were among 15 winners in Wisconsin to win $100 in the Dec. 19, 2018 drawing. The credit union joined the prize-linked savings account program in September, where the first prize drawings took place in October, including one winner of $5,000. Saver's Sweepstakes® participants include select credit unions in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois.
The next winners will be drawn on Jan. 18. Saver's Sweepstakes® will draw 15 new monthly winners and two quarterly winners of $1,000.
