Minocqua Aglow meets Jan. 19
Doors open at 9:30 a.m. for a snack, coffee and fellowship. There is a $3 door charge and no reservations needed.
Pastor Cheryl Dixon will be sharing about "Strength To Overcome."
"No matter what we go through Jesus is our answer," Aglow organizers said in a press release. "He understands what it feels like to hurt and have wounded emotions. He has made a way out for each of us."
Dixon is an ordained minister with Dr. Mart T. Barclay Ministries and is the Senior Pastor at Abundant Life Outreach Ministries in Eagle River. She is a worship leader and founder of the Steppin' Out Conference.
Dixon will share personal stories about her own life and present the Word of God that is sure to encourage and up lift a hurting heart, the release states.
Minocqua Aglow is an international, trans-denominational organization that welcomes men and women from teens to seniors. Aglow is a safe place for all people who wish to come together and experience the love and peace of God.
