NAMI Northern Lakes has received a donation from Wisconsin Public Service Foundation, to support the Northern Lakes Center. The Center, located in Trinity Lutheran Church in Rhinelander, is a place for people in recovery from mental illnesses. People receive support and knowledge to help them deal with their illnesses, according to a NAMI press release. Pictured are: Northern Lakes Center Advisory Board members Mary Lee Cox, Tory Stefonek, Cathie Soli, Robyn Dunahee, Scott Alsteen, Dan Rondello, and from Wisconsin Public Service, customer service manager Pete Wurl and community relations leader Leah Van Zile. The $2,000 contribution will be used to continue the mission of the Northern Lakes Center to serve people in our area, the release states.
