The team competed in Pom and Hip Hop in the School/Rec Small Division. The team was awarded first place in Hip Hop and placed third in Pom. The dancers also earned the Academic Excellence Award for having a cumulative team GPA higher than 3.0.
"The dance team is very grateful for the support of the community which enabled them to compete at this event. Special thanks to the School Administration, especially Brian Paulson, Heather Lundt and Carol Purcell for all of their help over the season, to Grace Foursquare Church for the use of their gym," team coaches Saydee Terzinski, Angela Towne, Tricia Winter and Kari Britton stated in a press release.
