Rhinelander builder earns top honors from Wausau Homes
Schrock was presented with the 2018 Builder of the Year award at the annual Wausau Homes Builder Conference in Madison, the company announced in a press release. It marks the first time in the award's history that Wausau Homes Rhinelander has earned this prestigious honor.
Schrock has been building quality custom homes in Rhinelander and the surrounding area for over 20 years. Experts at the homebuilding process, the Wausau Homes Rhinelander team have extensive experience building in the Northwoods of Wisconsin including lake lot homes, cottage re-builds, and everyday quality custom homes.
According to Jay Schuette, President of Wausau Homes, the annual Builder of the Year award goes to the builder who achieved the highest ratings in terms of sales volume, market share, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. In fact, only builders who were in the 95th percentile in all key areas were eligible for the prestigious Builder of the Year award, and Shrock and his team were at the top of the group in 2018.
